How To Be a SIP Employer and More About the Program

Complete the placement form, which can be accessed here by March 18th.

Staff will conduct a 20 minute pre-screening of all candidates via Zoom.

Staff will forward you up to 10 resumes of candidates who select your company/organization as a place they would like to intern.

If you would like to review more or less than 10 resumes of candidates interested in working for you, please let us know.

All resumes will be forwarded April 1st and 2nd.

You will conduct video/phone interviews with applicants by April 12th.

All internship offers must be extended no later than April 26th. (Please note that Passover is April 23rd and 24th and students may not be reachable those days).
- Supervisors will be invited to join interns for part of Orientation on May 28th.

Supervisors will complete two evaluations.

Interns will participate in mandatory programming throughout the summer. The dates of the intern programming will be provided well in advance of the start of the program.

Staff will communicate pertinent information about the program with supervisors on an ongoing basis.
