“I do not believe my first summer back in Cleveland would have been as fulfilling without the help of Hillel’s Summer Internship Program. I am very grateful for the program as I realize that few students get the opportunity to have such a well-rounded educational summer…the perfect balance of work and play, my experience through Hillel equipped me with skills, knowledge, and tools for my future.”
Lauren Jaffe, Northwestern University, Class of 2011

“Throughout this internship program, I’ve not only gathered valuable knowledge within my work place, but I’ve also gotten a chance to get to know the city of Cleveland in a way I never could have imagined. We’ve seen parts of Cleveland I never knew existed, and met influential people that I never thought I could meet. The connections we’ve built are amazing and I couldn’t ask for more. As a result of the Hillel Summer Internship Program, I’m going back to college with a newfound appreciation for the city I live in and a desire to return and explore it even further.”
