Gary Coleman Ed.D, Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the Regional Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and administration of the Cleveland Hillel Foundation. Gary recently joined the Hillel team in 2007, after spending 6 years as Director of the Hillel at Binghamton . Gary is married to Zippora, a native Israeli, and they have four children; Yitzchak aged 17, Orit Mazal age 14, and twins who are 10 years old, Yosef and Rivka.

Jill D. Ross, Cleveland Metro Director

The Cleveland Metro Director is responsible for the supervision of the general program of the agency for the Cleveland Metro area. She directs program planning and implementation and engagement activities for the agency. She chairs program staff meetings and represents the agency to inter-agency program planning and university/college planning committees. A native Clevelander, Jill joined the Hillel team almost 20 years ago. She is married to Dan and are the proud parents of Zachary and Jamie.
Allison Peterson, Cleveland Metro Director of Graduate Students & Special Events

The Director of Graduate Students & Special Events is responsible for programming with graduate and professional students around the Cleveland area, and also connecting them to the Jewish young adult community. She works with the Jewish Law Students Associations at Case and Cleveland-Marshall, organizes grad potluck dinners and Havdallot, and is in collaboration with other Jewish young adult organizations in the area. Allison joined the Hillel team in 2003, after spending 4 years in the advertising industry. A native Clevelander, Allison is married to Scott .
Eric "Ricky" Marcus, Cleveland Metro Jewish Student Life Coordinator

The Jewish Student Life Coordinator is responsible for all Jewish undergraduates in the Cleveland metro area, including Case Western Reserve University , Cleveland State University , CIA , CIM, and others. Ricky joined the Hillel team in 2006, after spending a year in New York City . A native Clevelander, Ricky is married to Lindsay

The Cleveland Hillel controller is responsible for accounts receivable and payable, personnel and payroll management and supervises building rental, repair and maintenance and support/clerical staff. The Controller serves as the Benefits Administrator for the Cleveland Hillel Foundation. Annette joined the Hillel team in 2007.
Harriet Rosenberg Mann, Director of Alumni and Donor Relations

The Director of Alumni and Donor Relations is responsible for donor relations and developing philanthropic support from alumni, community members and parents to enable Hillel to serve the Jewish students studying at Cleveland-area colleges and universities, including Oberlin College. The Director of Alumni and Donor Relations focuses on engaging Jewish alumni of the schools we serve to provide: interaction and mentoring with our current students, insights to our work on each unique campus, and support of Cleveland Hillel's programs. Harriet joined the Cleveland Hillel staff in 2005 after 15 years as an executive with the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland. She is married to Gary and has two sons, Michael and Andrew.
Kathleen Ursich, Office Manager

The Office Manager works with staff and students in providing assistance in various administrative areas. She serves as Administrative Assistant for the regional and the Cleveland Metro staff, welcoming visitors to the building, recording the daily bank deposits and overseeing data entry and mailings (program flyers, fundraising solicitations, board communications).
